Mpl Plastics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 07, 2017, to consider and adopt the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from February 01, 2017 to February 09, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 and will re-open on February 10, 2017.
