PEARL Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business: - To approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended on December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for "Designated Persons and the Immediate Relative" from January 31, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, by the Board of Directors.
