Velan Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Regulation shall remain closed from February 01, 2017 until February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of adoption of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
