PSL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016. Further, as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed for all Designated Employees of the Company from February 01, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.
