Ballarpur Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on February 07, 2017, inter alia, to consider & approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 31, 2017 till February 09, 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of aforesaid Board Meeting.
