Southern Magnesium & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, to consider and approve the Un Audited Financial Results for the Year to date and Quarter ended December 31, 2016, along with the other items of the Agenda. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from February 01, 2017 to February 13, 2017 (both day inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
