Edward Food Research and Analysis Centre Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2018, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2018. Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (EFRAC Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Listed Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the Company shall remain closed from May 25 till June 01, 2018 (Both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the Board Meeting. Accordingly, all the Insiders and their immediate relatives (including Designated Employees) are requested not to enter into any transactions involving securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
