With reference to our earlier letter dated July 19, 2017 for the notice of the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on August 23, 2017. CARE Ratings Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting has been preponed and it is now proposed to hold the Board meeting on August 22, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 and the declaration of Interim Dividend, if any for the financial year 2017-18. Further the trading window for dealing in the securities of CARE which was closed on July 01, 2017 will be opened on August 25, 2017 for dealing in the shares of CARE as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015.
