We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 to inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018. Further, the company has decided to close its trading window for insiders from 22nd May, 2018 to 30th May, 2018, both days inclusive.
