With reference to the captioned matter, the exchange is hereby informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on 31st January, 2018, inter-alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended on 31st December, 2017. The trading window shall remain closed from 28th January, 2018 to 2nd February, 2018 for the above referred purpose. Kindly take note of the above.
