NIIT Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 16, 2018, inter-alia, to transact the following businesses: 1. To consider and approve, both Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the Financial year ended March 31, 2018 and Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018; 2. To consider and recommend dividend for the financial year 2017-18, if any. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading By Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from May 8, 2018 to May 18, 2018 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Directors, Designated Persons and any person who is connected or deemed to be connected directly or indirectly with the Company are prohibited to deal in securities of the Company during this period.
