Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 and also to consider dividend, if any, for the financial year 2016-17. Further to the letter dated May 12, 2017 informing the closure of Trading Window of the Company from May 18, 2017 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017, Company inform that trading window will be closed up to May 31, 2017 and shall be re-opened on June 01, 2017.
