To consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018. 2. To recommend Dividend for the Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2018, if considered appropriate by the Board of Directors. alongwith other business items. Pursuant to the above, Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 09/05/2018 to 16/05/2018 (both days inclusive).
