Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives w.e.f. April 20, 2018 and shall open on May 01, 2018.
