JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2018, inter alia, for the following: 1. To consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Financial Year ended March 31, 2018; 2. To consider recommendation of dividend on the Equity Shares for the said Financial Year, if any. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 09, 2018 to May 18, 2018 (both days inclusive).
