eClerx Services Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2018, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the period(s) ended on March 31, 2018. The Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2018. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed with effect from April 01, 2018, until 48 hours after the outcome of the Board meeting is announced. Further, the earnings call for the 4th quarter and year-end results would be held on the same day and the earnings call details will also be available on the Companys website, www.eclerx.com.
