VA Tech Wabag Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2018, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any. In view of the above Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 25, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s equity shares will remain closed from May 09, 2018 to May 27, 2018 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the provisions of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
