Gati Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018 and recommend the dividend to the shareholders for the financial year 2017-18. Further, as per “Gati Limited - Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from the start of business hours of May 14, 2018 and the trading window will be open after 48 hours of announcement of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the company for the year ended March 31, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges.
