PTC India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 16, 2018, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 and consider recommendation of final dividend, if any to shareholders for the FY 2017-18 amongst other items mentioned in the agenda. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders from April 01, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board Meeting (both days inclusive).
