Bharat Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 22, 2018, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the financial year 2017-18. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and Designated Personnel and their immediate relatives from May 11, 2018 to May 24, 2018 (both days inclusive).
