Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 08, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results on Standalone basis and Unaudited Financial Results (with limited review) on Consolidated basis of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31-Dec-17. In the above meeting, the Board would also consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2017-18.
