In this connection, please note that as provided in Clause 31 of the said Scheme the name of Hopewell Tableware Limited has since been changed to Borosil Limited with effect from November 20, 2018 in terms of approval received from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra (copy attached). You are requested to take the same on record.
