We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. February 08, 2019 inter-alia, considered following matters: 1. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2018 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, we are enclosing herewith: ? Statement of Profit & Loss Account (Unaudited) for the Quarter ended December 31, 2018. ? Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditor of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.15 p.m. and concluded at 3.40 p.m. The results will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1) (b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 in due course.
