This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on Saturday, 03rd November, 2018 (commenced at 02.00 p.m. and concluded at 3.30 p.m.), have inter-alia considered and approved the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the Results alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2018 is enclosed herewith
