Capital India Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a) the audited standalone financial results of the Company, for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2019, and statement of asset and liabilities as on March 31, 2019; b) the audited consolidated financial results of the Company, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2019, and statement of asset and liabilities as on March 31, 2019; and c) the final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19 and recommend the same to the shareholders of the Company.
