CARE Ratings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2019, inter alia, (a) To consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 (Q1). (b) To recommend Dividend, if any. Further as informed earlier vide letter dated June 28, 2019 for closure of trading window, the trading window for dealing in the securities of CARE which was closed on July 01, 2019 will be opened on August 03, 2019 for dealing in the shares of CARE as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015.
