A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Monday, 11th February, 2019 and the said meeting commenced at 04.00 p.m. and concluded at 05.15 p.m. In that meeting the Board has decided the following matters: 1. Considered and approved the Unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018. 2. Appointed M/s Brajesh Gupta & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the company for the financial year 2018- 19 to 2020- 21. 3. Appointed M/s. Praful N. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor of the company for the financial year 2018- 19 to 2020-21.
