Re-constituted Audit Committee Members. Mr. Hemant Murarka appointed as a Chairman (earlier was member), Mr. Avinash Jajodia as a member (earlier was Chairman) The Board Meeting commenced at 2.30 PM and concluded at 4.45 PM.
