In continuation to our letter dated 13th July,2019, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 24th July,2019, has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30th, 2019. Pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we enclose the following: 1.Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditor on the Unaudited Financial Results. 2.Statement showing the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10:00 A.M. and concluded at 03:15 P.M.
