Pursuant to the Regulation 29 (1) a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015, and pursuant to above referred references, we hereby submit the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter & Year ending on 31st March 2019 which were considered, and approved in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Thursday, 30th May 2019 at the Registered Office of the Company. The meeting concluded at 12.15 p.m. on 31st May 2019.
