In terms of Regulation 33 the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today. Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations, we enclose the following: a) The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019; and b) Statutory Auditors Report on the Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated). Further, we declare that the Reports of Statutory Auditors are with unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
