The Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held at New Delhi today, i.e., Monday, May 20, 2019, approved Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. Attached is a copy of the same along with the Statutory Auditors Report pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Regulations). At the said meeting, the Board has recommended dividend of Rs. 1.60 (80%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2018-19 for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Audit Report is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. The meeting of the Board of Directors had commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.45 p.m. Attached also is a copy of the press release.
