Further, pursuant to the Companys Insider Trading Policy and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE circular Ref. No. SE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window is closed from Monday, July 01, 2019 and shall reopen on Friday, August 16, 2019.
