Approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019 in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) prescribed under Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we enclose herewith the following: a) Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019 along-with Statement of Assets and Liabilities of the Company as on that date; b) Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019; c) Declaration in respect of Audit Report with Unmodified Opinion
