DECILLION FINANCE LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. The unaudited financial result of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. 2. Any other business with the permission of the chair which is incidental or ancillary to the business The trading window under the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 for dealing in the equity shares will be closed for promoters, directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from 6th November, 2018 to 14th November, 2018 (both days inclusive) for considering unaudited financial results for quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018.
