Pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, please find attached the details of the Voting results of the postal ballot that has been announced today, i.e. 4th July 2017, at the Registered Office of the Company and as per the Scrutinizers Report all the resolutions of the notice dated 19th May 2017 has been passed with the requisite majority: In this regard we are enclosing herewith the following: 1.
