Devhari Exports (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. To consider any other business with the permission of chair. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for the Specified Persons from July 31, 2019 to August 10, 2019 (both days inclusive).
