In compliance with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Dhanvarsha Finvest Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e., May 22, 2019 (commenced at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.30 p.m.) has inter-alia, considered and approved the following: i. Audited Financial Results and Auditors Report for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. ii. Recommended a final dividend of Rs.0.25 per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each (i.e., 2.5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2019, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. A copy of each of the Audited Financial Results, Auditors report along with declaration on unmodified opinion is attached herewith.
