DHUNSERI INVESTMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the 91st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be convened on Tuesday, 28th May, 2019 at the Registered Office of the Company at Dhunseri House, 4A, Woodburn Park, Kolkata- 700 020, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19.
