In compliance with Regulation 44 (3) of LODR we are pleased to submit the voting results and Scrutinizers Report for the resolutions as contained in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 07.02.2018.Pursuant to Section 110 and other applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013, read with rules made thereunder the results of Postal Ballot has been announced today i.e. March 28, 2018 and as per the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer all the above resolutions have been passed through Postal Ballot and E-voting by the shareholders with requisite majority. In this regard, we are enclosing herewith the following: 1. Results of Postal Ballot Voting in the prescribed format under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 2.
