In furtherance to our letter dated 5th May, 2018 captioned Postal Ballot Notice and pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the voting results of Postal Ballot (including Voting by Electronic Means) in the format prescribed by Securities and Exchange Board of India. All the special resolutions in the said Postal Ballot Notice have been deemed to be approved and passed with requisite majority on 14th June, 2018, being the last date of receipt of Postal Ballot Forms. We are also enclosing the Scrutinizers Report dated 15th June, 2018 for your kind reference. The voting results along with Scrutinizers Report shall be made available at the website of the Company www.indothai.co.in
