Divinus Fabrics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.The Audited Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 together with the Audit Report. 2.To consider and approve appointment of Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2018-19.
