Board of Directors has approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. Board has recommended dividend @ 800% i.e Rs. 16/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2018-19, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
