This is to inform you that in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations 2015), the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019 shall be submitted within a period of 60 days from the end of the Financial Year i.e. up to May 30, 2019 and accordingly the Company shall not be publishing Un-audited Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2019.
