Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already closed with effect from 1st July, 2019 and shall reopen after the 48 hours from the declaration of Results.
