DONEAR INDUSTRIES LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th May, 2019 to inter-alia, consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already closed with effect from 6th April,2019 and shall reopen after the 48 hours from the declaration of Results.
