DONEAR INDUSTRIES LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th February, 2019 to inter-alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter & Nine month ended 31st December, 2018. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from Tuesday, 5th February, 2019 to Saturday, 16th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company.
