Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, November 14, 2018; inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2018. In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the following: a. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2018. b. Limited Review Report on the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2018 received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded at 5:30 PM. Kindly take the above on your record.
