To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019; and 2. To consider recommendation of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2019 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, kindly note that pursuant to the Companys code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the window closure for trading by Designated Persons, commenced on April 1, 2019 and shall open after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results of the Company i.e. on May 23, 2019.
