Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2018 along with the Limited review report of the Auditors. The Annual General Meeting is convened on Friday, the 28th September 2018 for adopting accounts, continuing auditors etc. The Book Closure of the Company is fixed from Friday, the 21st September 2018 to Friday the 28th September 2018. (Both the days inclusive). The Company has adopted the Directors Report & Corporate Governance Report. The notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company has been approved.
